"Family Fitness Night"
Helping our school families achieve a healthy lifestyle!!!
On Thursday March 31st, Valleyfield parents and students are invited to participate in a presentation on healthy lunches from our Public Health Nurse followed by a fun filled interactive physical activity lead by some of our school teachers.
