Remembering Farah Khan

  
Over a decade ago, a little girl named Farah Khan attended Valleyfield.  In memory of a life taken too soon, a tree was planted in the Kindergarten yard in Farah's name and marked with a commemorative plaque.  Over time, the plaque began to show its age.  (Photo below.)
 

On May 12th of this year, Beechwood Cemetery and Mausoleum (part of the Mount Pleasant Group) generously donated and installed a replacement tree marker for Farah's tree.

A heartfelt thank you to Angie, Carole, Sylvia and everyone at Beechwood Cemetery and Mausoleum for their generosity and compassion.
